My goal is to deliver a unique personal training experience that goes beyond the traditional idea of boxing and training. A powerful boxing practice will create huge positive shifts in all aspects of your life. I stress the importance of presence, connection, & curiosity.

Boxing is a powerful metaphor for life where we get to realize our capabilities, limitations, and fears through our practice.

Boxing isn’t just about throwing punches, but how we show up to the fight of our life.

We will work together on your boxing technique and the understanding of your nervous system while also improving the internal lines of communication necessary for you to cultivate deeper presence & experience your own transformation.

Can’t say enough good things about Alejandro as a trainer and human being. He’s incredibly thorough and patient with his students. He also creatively weaves mindfulness into his lesson plans. Highly recommend!

  • ABSOLUTELY, we all have a Warrior inside of us that wants to be expressed. This archetype will support you in all areas of your life.

    Acknowledging the ‘elephant in the room’ I understand the vulnerbilty that can come with having a male coach, especially for women. Having worked with hundreds of women in the past, my approach is rooted in respect, empathy and a genuine love for empowering women. I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

  • That’s perfect. You’ll do amazing. Regardless of where you are today, I’ll meet you where you’re at. I’ve worked with 100’s of beginners.

  • Since this is a private 1:1 journey, you have the luxury of choosing a time from 9:00AM-7:00PM, available 7 days a week Monday-Sunday.

  • Sessions are minimum 75 minutes maximum 90 minutes.

  • By the end of the 6 weeks you will have the ability and confidence to experience sparring with me in a safe, fun, transformative way.

    *Safety is a top priority. While I do challenge my students to grow by pushing boundaries, I always ensure a controlled and supportive environment at all times.

  • Sessions take place at my private home studio here in west Redding.

  • Absolutely, I hope so! This 6-Week program is just the beginning of our journey together.

    Currently, I have one student who has been with me for over 2 years, and approximately three others who have been with me for at least 1 year.

Alejandro is great to work with! I felt that working with him wasn’t like going to a “bro gym”, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with him! He was fun to work with while also personalizing the one on one class I took with him to my needs and my own style of learning.
